In Scooby-Doo style, this gaggle of teens investigates a haunted house, only to receive an interesting visit from an old ghost who was there first.
Note:
Shannon and I were given three weeks for pre-production and were in charge of all Savannah sourcing and online orders. Every crew member was living all around the country so it took a lot of odd-hour meetings in person and online. We were only able to see the house once before load-in.
Process
Half of the walls in the haunting scene are made by the crew to extend the room so that the kids feel small and overtaken by the space. We then used pieces of different wallpapers to meld the walls together and then aged the new walls accordingly utilizing lots of new aging techniques.
